If you are seeking a refund, I will not be able to process this until the piece is returned to me.

I cannot replace or refund due to damage caused by rough treatment, dropping etc. Please avoid activities like gardening, gym, or cleaning while wearing your jewellery.
Please be mindful of excessive exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine in order to protect the longevity of your gemstones.
Please avoid water when wearing pearl or opal jewellery - water can cause pearls to swell and opals to cloud over.
Both pearls and opals are soft compared to other stones, so be mindful not to scratch them.
