All SoaC jewellery is solid metal only. It can be worn in water without your skin turning green. The nasty green skin is from cheap, factory-produced jewellery that is brass, copper, or nickel plated with a microscopically thin layer of silver or gold so it looks nice when you first buy it (but only lasts a week)

This is why I only create pieces using heavy, high quality solid metal, rather than plating cheaper base metals.

Some gemstones CANNOT be worn in water: please avoid water with opal and pearl pieces. Water can cause pearls to swell and opals to cloud over.

I do not offer gold plated pieces due to the poor quality of plating.

From experience, the absolute fastest standard (free) delivery to the US and Canada has been around 10 business days. However, I have had some customers experience over 3 weeks. It all depends on your location within your country. To the UK, delivery can be from 2-4 weeks. International Express times can be found in the Shipping tab.

Within Australia, standard parcel shipping is up to 8 business days. Express is up to 4.

Most times I can rush an order. Please let me know before ordering so we can agree on this first.

If you need a piece by a certain date, please just let me know and I can do my best! I would rather you tell me and I can actively work to get it to you on time, rather than you just have your fingers crossed.

I have every parcel logged on my personal computer and can track them individually.

I am happy to chase down any lost parcels for you + log complaints with Australia Post on our behalf.

Please note that once the parcel is with the shipping carrier of your country, it becomes very difficult for me to assist.

Majority of pieces are made using the Lost Wax Jewellery Making process, and some are made using Precious Metal Clay.

My initial pendants are made from fine silver or solid bronze using the metal clay process. The stones are a range of cubic zirconia.
